Any purchased items that have been custom engraved cannot be returned however we do offer a money back guarantee if there are errors in the engraving or delivery of your product that are a result of our error. Once a product leaves our shop and is the hands of our shipping partners we are no longer in control of when the product will be delivered. 90% of the time products are delivered on time however factors including weather, outages, and unforseen circumstances can affect the delivery of products once in the hands of the shipping partners. These factors our beyond our control and we will not be held liable in those circumstances.
