Returns Policy

At Mile High Laser Engraving, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, personalized products that meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our business, certain items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been personalized, engraved, or otherwise customized as part of our personalization process are non-returnable. This policy is in place because customized items are uniquely tailored to each customer and cannot be resold. We strongly recommend reviewing your personalization details carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was shipped.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team at 720-930-4667 within 3 of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Return Process

  1. Reach out to us to initiate the return process.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  3. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 for the refund to be processed.
